How we develop as a team is totally dependent on the players becoming effective team members. Due to player graduation, every year we start over molding a new team. In that regard, it is expected that becoming an effective team member will require your undivided total commitment. The value of belonging to a team can’t be underestimated. Not only for your time at school and on the athletic field, but as a model for life.
